About Hayley Bowen.

​Hayley Studied Preliminary Foundation Art at Dyfed College of Art, Wales, and General Illustration at Cambridgeshire College of Art and Technology, England. Born in South West Wales she now lives in South West London.

 Her work is based in the figurative yet is often somewhat surreal, and could also be described as idiosyncratic. Hermetic and Metaphysical elements are everywhere, and are a delight to those who are drawn to the esoteric. She paints predominantly in acrylic paints, and is a skilled pencil artist - her drawings are charged with passion for this medium, and finds joy in classical and traditional techniques while using modern materials. Her work is often telling, observant, and quirky. Hayley has been an artist all her life and full-time since 2014. She exhibits  her work in and around London , and sells nationally and worldwide and via online gallery representation. She has worked for television and takes on commissions which include portraiture and design.
